The AOP Côtes de Provence meets specifications which guarantee the origin and quality of the wines:

A small number of grape varieties suited to the terroir: Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, etc.

Wines with mineral notes, finesse and elegance, a beautiful presence.

IGP: Protected Geographical Indication (in french)
The IGP Var meets less restrictive specifications, allowing for more flexibility in the grape varieties used and winemaking methods. The geographical area is also larger and the yields higher.
Wines with fruity notes, freshness, and a lovely length on the palate.

IGP White 2024
Light gold robe. Powerful nose of flowers (jasmin, honeysuckle), mineral. On the palate, a round and frank attack, with a pleasant liveliness and a beautiful floral finish, with good persistence. Citrus notes, well balanced.

IGP Rosé 2024
Luminous light pink robe, aroma of ripe melon and white peach evolving into banana.
Intense and flattering. Fresh and balanced on the palate with a clean finish. A generous rosé wine.
Ideal as an aperitif.

IGP Red 2023
Dense, deep purple robe. Pleasant nose of red fruit. A beautiful structure which will keep smoothing. Long finish, smooth and balanced with notes of fresh cherries.
A delicious, fresh and easy to drink wine.

Bright light gold. Floral and fruity nose, honeysuckle, freshness. Persistent in the mouth with vivacity and long finish.
Generous wine for aperitifs and meals.

Pale luminous pinkrobe. Fresh fruity nose with notes of melon, peach, apricot, and pink flowers. Gourmet palate with aromas of melon, peach, and citrus. Freshness, roundness, and pleasantly smooth, long in the mouth.
Mixed salads, fish, white meat, appetizers, desserts.
