We care for fragile natural balances. We wish to contribute to preserving soil fertility, quality of water and air, in order to let future generations benefit from an unspoiled heritage.
The whole vineyard is therefore organically cultivated since 1990 : chemical herbicides are totally left aside, soils are enriched with organic fertilizers, natural products only (sulfer and copper) are used for specific treatments.
Respecting the product and its quality is our main concern in the wine process.
We use no chemical products but the inevitable sulfer is added in very low amounts. This is certainly a major advantage for the consumer's health, although it is sometimes responsible for a slight deposit in the bottle, which does not damage the quality of the wine.
