We care deeply for the fragile balance of nature. We wish to contribute to preserving soil fertility, quality of water and air, such that future generations will benefit from an unspoiled heritage.
Our vineyard has been therefore organically cultivated since 1990 : we never use chemical herbicides, the soil is enriched exclusively with organic fertilizers, and specific treatments are applied using only the natural products (sulfer and copper)
Wine making process
Respect for our products and their quality is key to all aspects of our production process.
No chemicals are used but the inevitable sulfer, which is added in very low amounts. This is certainly a major advantage for the consumer's health, although it is sometimes responsible for a slight deposit in the bottle, which has no impact on quality.
